Executive Summary

Projects helps teams plan work, track progress, and manage job cards for field and workshop operations. See all active projects at a glance, drill into tasks and issues, and use job cards for structured maintenance or service work.

Getting Started

Open Projects in the sidebar. The Dashboard shows active projects and open job cards.

Viewing Projects

Go to Projects → All Projects for a list of every project. Filter by status, owner, or customer as needed.

Open a project to see timeline, team members, linked issues, and documents.

Creating and Managing Projects

Creating a project

  1. From All Projects, create a new project.
  2. Enter name, description, dates, and responsible owner.
  3. Add team members and milestones.
  4. Track progress as work completes.

Updating status

Move projects through your organisation’s statuses — for example Planned, In Progress, On Hold, and Complete.

Job Cards

Job cards structure repeatable service or maintenance work.

  1. Go to Projects → Job Cards.
  2. Create a job card with customer, location, and work description.
  3. Add line items — parts, labour, and tasks.
  4. Assign to a technician and track completion.

Issues and Tasks

Track individual tasks and blockers as issues within a project. Assign owners, set priority, and close when resolved.
