Getting Started

Open Forms in the sidebar. All Forms lists every form in your organisation.

Creating a Form

  1. Go to Forms → Create Form.
  2. Add a title and description.
  3. Drag fields onto the canvas — text, choice, date, file upload, and more.
  4. Mark required fields and set validation rules.
  5. Save the form.

Publishing a Form

When the form is ready:

  1. Open the form and choose publish.
  2. Copy the public link or embed instructions provided.
  3. Share with respondents — no sign-in required for public forms unless you configure otherwise.

Collecting Responses

Respondents open the link and complete the form in their browser. Submissions save automatically when they submit.

Reviewing Submissions

Return to All Forms, open a form, and view its responses. Export or filter responses for analysis.
