Core Platform

Executive Summary

The Core Platform is the foundation of the Operations system. It provides the home dashboard, organisation identity, navigation, user access, and the shared experience every team member uses regardless of which business modules are turned on. Every organisation starts here.

The system is hosted on the Microsoft cloud stack, with business services running on Microsoft backend services and a modern Angular web interface for day-to-day work.

Getting Started

After signing in, you land on the main dashboard. The sidebar on the left lists every area you are allowed to use. Your organisation name and logo appear at the top of the screen.

First-time checklist

  1. Confirm your organisation name and logo are correct.
  2. Review which modules are active for your organisation.
  3. Check that your user profile details are up to date.
  4. Open the dashboard to see summaries for your active modules.

The sidebar groups features by business area — for example Stock, Accounting, CRM, or Insurance. Use the search box at the top of the sidebar to find a screen quickly. On smaller screens, open the menu with the menu icon in the header.

On desktop, breadcrumbs at the top of the page show where you are: Home → Module → Screen. Click any breadcrumb to go back up one level.

Header actions

From the header you can refresh the current page, maximise the workspace, open Help, open the Analyst assistant, and access your account menu.

Organisation Identity

Your organisation’s name and logo appear in the header and on sign-in screens. Administrators can update these from the Organisation area.

Module Access

Not every organisation uses every part of the system. Administrators choose which business modules are active. If you cannot see a menu item, it may be turned off for your organisation or you may not have permission for it.

Administrators manage active modules from Organisation → Modules.

Personal Settings

Open your name in the top-right corner and choose Settings to update your profile, password, and preferences.

From the same menu you can:

  • Refresh your permissions if access was recently changed
  • Open Chat
  • Sign out

Getting Help

Select Help in the header or footer to open system guides. For support, use the email link in the page footer.
