Pastoral Welfare & exeat Workflow

Digitize the student leave application process. The exeat workflow allows students or parents to request weekend or mid-term leave through the portal, with a structured approval path through House Masters and the Principal. Once approved, parents receive immediate confirmation via WhatsApp, providing an authoritative digital trail for any student departure from campus.

Health & Dietary Communication
